Research Theme: The Program in Water Conflict Management and Transformation (PWCMT) is aimed at supporting water conflict prevention and resolution in Oregon, across the United States and internationally through a four-fold approach: (1) The Certificate in Water Conflict Management and Transformation; (2) The Transboundary Freshwater Dispute Database; (3) The Universities Partnership for Transboundary Waters; and (4) Collaborative Facilitations and Skills-Building Workshops.
